1. What is the Just Hanging store?

Just Hanging is an e-commerce store that specializes in hooks for the IKEA SKADIS organizational system and classic quarter-inch pegboards.

2. How are my orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground advantage or UPS Ground unless priority shipping is chosen at checkout. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once the order is shipped.

3. How long will it take to ship my order?

All of our products are manufactured to order. Please allow for up to 6 business days for us to process and ship your order. If you have special deadlines for your order, please reach out and we can provide you with an idea of our current queue status.

4. Do the IKEA SKADIS pegboards come with the purchased products?

No, the hooks and other Pegboard accessories are sold separately from the pegboard. Our hooks are designed specifically for the IKEA SKADIS system, but they can also be used with other pegboard systems that have compatible slot sizes.

5. Can I purchase products in bulk?

Yes, we offer extra savings for bulk purchases of our hooks. For larger quantities of products, please reach out to us for wholesale, or large purchase order potential discounts. This is a great option for businesses or individuals who need a large quantity of hooks for their organizational needs.

7. Do you offer 1/4" Pegboard products as well?

Yes! We just launched our 1/4" Pegboard Collection. The bins, hooks, and other accessories we offer for the IKEA SKADIS are all available in the same colors and options that fit a 1/4" pegboard.

8. Which pegboard do I have, the SKADIS or 1/4"?

The SKADIS pegboard from IKEA is available in three sizes and three colors - natural, white, and black. They feature oblong holes. 1/4" pegboard panels are available at home improvement stores, in various sizes and materials, and have small round holes. You can see examples of each, and their collections here.

9. Are these drop-shipped products?

Nope! All of our items are designed, manufactured, and shipped by us in Pennsylvania USA! We are a Mom and Dad team working to bring your great products while being frequently hindered by a rambunctious toddler and a cute baby!
